Very rarely do I bring bad news on this site and I’ve started to write this one a few times now but have been waiting for confirmation before finishing it. Anyone who has attempted to stop in and play at Avalon Knights recently has found it locked and attempting to contact them at their listed phone number has received no response. Their Social Media has been silent with no formal announcements either (other than a Facebook post on December 21 announcing a closure for “the rest of the week”. In addition, there’s been a notice of lease termination placed on the door by the property management company.
My hope is that this is a temporary situation and that they will re-open soon. If you any further details, by all means send me an e-mail at info@EdmontonNerdList.com, I’d very much like to get the full story and pass it along to all of you.
