The big news yesterday was that Nerd Nite Edmonton has found a new home! Their January 16th show will go ahead as planned in its new location at the ATB Arts Barns! As we mentioned in November, Nerd Nite has been searching for a new venue. We considered many different possibilities — thank you so much to those of you who messaged us with ideas.
A chance meeting at a party got us talking to Fringe Theatre Adventures. Bourbon and pleasantries gave way to great ideas, and we’re so pleased to announce that Nerd Nite’s new home will be in the heart of Old Strathcona at the ATB Financial Arts Barns!
A result of this and all the changes we’ve had to make, we’ve also had to update some of our event dates. Henceforth, we’re going to host Nerd Nite on the third Tuesday of every month (with a few exceptions). Thus, our next show is on Tuesday, January 16, 2018.
We know what you’re all wondering: when do tickets for Nerd Nite #39 go on sale? Mark your calendars and set those reminder messages, because tickets go on sale TOMORROW at noonat the Fringe Box Office (you can purchase online at this link).
