Rose City Anime Festival is an annual festival happening at the Norsemen Inn in Camrose, Alberta, Canada. 2017 will be the fourth year for the festival, and you can look forward to an event full of anime showings, CosPlay contest, anime merchandise, Mascot Art Contest & much more!
