If you haven’t been to the Microsoft store in West Edmonton Mall lately, they’ve made a significant push toward hosting events and have been maxing out their tournaments as well. They just announced a slew of local events for September & October.
There are free tournaments for FORZA, Minecraft, Halo, NHL 18, Hearthstone and a special XBOX challenge coming up in October as well.

For team-based games only one (1) member of the team needs to register the team at arrival. For League of Legends we max out at 8 teams/40 players, NHL is 64 players, Halo is 16 teams/64 players, Hearthstone is 40 players. We do our best to par Free-Agents with others to form teams – but full teams receive priority. We encourage everybody to enjoy watching the events as a spectator on our 103” TV during the events.
