I posted about Edmonton’s E-Sports startup High Score’s next pop-up recently but now they’ve announced a big tournament to go along with their “Mario Party”-themed event. A massive 32 person event and the prize is a brand new Nintendo Switch!!

High Score is pleased to announce our first ever TOURNAMENT to be hosted at our upcoming pop-up on March 11th. with the grand prize being…Wait for it… a brand new NINTENDO SWITCH! Details below:
Pop-up Entrance fee: $15 (Doors at 6pm)
Tournament signup: $20***
Tournament registration: 6 pm March 11th in person at our MARIO PARTY party.
Tournament start time: 7:30 pm
The game of choice will be MARIO KART 8
-32 person (Max) tournament
-4 players racing a full cup at a time
-Top 2 in the race will move on to the next round
-Motion Control will be the racing method
-Winner takes all
