Did you know there’s a team of people in Edmonton working to open an E-Sports Bar? (Neither did I until recently). On January 29 you get a chance to see just what High Score planning as they team up with Situation Brewing for a night of gaming. Check them out, play some games and tell them the Nerd List sent you!

High Score eSports Bar started as the brain child of Steven Noel. He approached Mathew Vetten and Josh McKenney with a dream of a place that would combine his love of video games and the social atmosphere of a sports bar, something that has yet to be executed in Alberta.
With the help of Situation Brewery & Restaurant, we are able to give you a glimpse of our vision on January 29, from 6:00PM – 2:00AM. We’ve pooled our resources and are able to offer you and your friends a night of entertainment like you’ve never experienced before!
We’ll have craft cocktails, craft beer and delicious food to enjoy while you compete with your friends at your favourite games! There will be X-Box One, PS4, Wii U, gaming PCs, and to top it off a sweet nostalgic retro corner outfitted with an N64 and Super Nintendo! Furthermore, we will have eSports streaming and a variety of board games available since we expect a full house!
For only $10 cover, you can have access to all of the above! The proceeds will go to the funding of future pop ups and eventually our own bar! We sincerely hope you join us to make this night a huge success!
