Most of you have heard the stories by now about how Pokémon Go players have been out walking their dogs so they can “not look like they’re playing.” There’s also been stories about people going to shelters and walking dogs for free while playing Pokémon. The truth of it is… you most likely need to be registered to do it and the Humane Society in particular does not allow cell phone use while walking their dogs. That being said… They still know how to take advantage of having a Pokéstop and Gym on their property.
