YEG Board Game Renaissance

If you’re a board gamer, there has never been a better time to game in Edmonton. For starters, Table Top Cafe just opened their second location; The Gamer’s Lodge is opening soon; and Hexagon Cafe, Mission: Fun & Games and Avalon Knights are all going strong. Plus, you can play at the Carrot Community Arts Coffeehouse.

Local conventions & tournaments are growing at a huge rate (KEFCon was a huge success this year). Local streamers like PlayingBoardGames.ca are promoting gaming like never before as well (check out their 12-hour live stream on New Year’s eve).
